Back Hatch!

Alright!  We made the back hatch with plywood ribs cut with a jig saw to get the lovely curvy shape.  Then we bent the 1/8 inch plywood over the ribs to get a lovely shape.

 We weren't very sure about it fitting, but it was perfect!  Hurrah!
